Job Description

  • Provide administrative and executive support to the General Manager.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyze reports, offering actionable recommendations to improve performance.
  • Oversee and manage special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the General Manager.
  • Represent the General Manager in meetings or events when necessary.
  • Assist in planning and implementing strategies to meet company goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or trading industries is highly desirable.
