Job Description
Mobco Group is a privately owned and vertically integrated construction, real estate development, and education company specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of exceptional living communities as well as commercial, medical, business, and educational facilities that cater to the needs of clients across the globe. About the Role: The Sales Operations Manager is a key role within the Sales & Marketing department, responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting the sales team to achieve its revenue targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market in Egypt, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Responsibilities:- Supervise Sales Operations team to ensure that all operations are running smoothly
- Manage and track all signed Contracts, Assignments with Finance, Legal… etc.
- Manage the Plots/Units Inventory and Make sure that prices and contracts are up to date and Uploaded on Oracle System
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annually sales reports for Plots/units to dedicated departments.
- Designated responsible employee for all land After-Sales
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly business reports to Upper Management.
- Coordinating internally to get required permits/licenses.
- Acting as the single point of accountability for Finance/Legal…etc. on all internal Plots matters (revenue recognitions, collections…etc.)
- Contacting the clients and try to take appointments to hand over
- Following up on collecting the fees of any utility installations in the projects.
- Revising with the Financial/Legal department any financial settlements with clients before delivery
- Responsible for any notifications or comments concerning the clients related to the site during and after the Delivery process.
- Prepare required contracts documentations.
- Define the contract’s terms and conditions and provide information about our products.
- Contact the clients to submit all the postdated cheques.
- Follow up with the clients the requested documents.
- Deal directly with the finance and the sales departments.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
