We are hiring a Chief Strategy & Investment Officer - UAE National. This role is crucial in identifying new business opportunities, optimising portfolios, and ensuring financial security and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute corporate vision, strategies, and investment plans with the Group CEO.
- Lead cross-functional strategy development, ensuring alignment with the organisation's mission and goals.
- Oversee investment strategies, M&A targets, and market research to enhance financial performance.
- Implement innovation strategies to keep the organisation at the forefront of digital ventures and technological advancements.
- Manage the Executive Office operations, ensuring effective communication with the Board of Directors and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Control budget preparation, monitor financial performance, and manage capital structure.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Business Administration or Strategic Management (preferred).
- 10-12 years of experience in strategy, innovation, investment, or corporate finance.
- Strong leadership, financial modeling, and strategic thinking skills.
