Job Scope Customer Support

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers with airfreight and oceanfreight inquiries and shipments.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Shipment Coordination

• Oversee airfreight shipment logistics, including booking, tracking, and handling documentation.
• Work closely with carriers, customs brokers, and other key stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries.

Problem Solving

• Quickly identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process, keeping customers informed about delays or changes.
• Use critical thinking to develop effective solutions tailored to customer needs.
