With a focus on managing complete projects involving the selling and leasing of properties, we currently oversee 400+ properties in Dubai's key areas. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Photographer/Videographer at Binayah Properties located in Dubai. The role involves capturing high-quality images and videos of properties, editing media content, and ensuring visual aesthetics align with branding standards. The photographer/videographer will collaborate with property consultants to visually showcase properties effectively. Job Responsibilities:
- Producing photo/video content for different marketing mediums/platforms
- Capability to shoot and develop content specifically for social media
- Photo shooting brand products and company events and activities
- Editing of Raw Images in Photoshop or Light room
- Adhere to the company's brand guidelines
- Setup and capture great shots to fulfil the brief. Capture studio-quality video and photographs
- Editing photo/video projects using Adobe Suite specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and After Effects
- Knowledgeable in visual effects
- Should have 3 to 4 years of experience in the field of photography/videography (preferably in real estate & fashion)
- Experience with real estate marketing materials is a plus
- Post-production and editing of video and photography
- Proficient in using multi-platforms like Adobe Suite CC (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to edit the media content
- Tech savvy, with considerable knowledge of audio/visual equipment, hardware, software, troubleshooting and techniques used in video production & editing.
