Job Purpose The Product Marketing Manager will assume a pivotal role that merges expertise in product marketing with leadership in market intelligence for the nanofabrication business unit. This dynamic position emphasizes micro-optics solutions, targeting Tier 1 Automotive and Consumer Electronics sectors. It blends strategic marketing leadership, technical proficiency, and data-driven insights to drive product strategy, business growth, and go-to-market excellence. Responsibilities Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs, focusing on priorities and actionable milestones informed by market demand, competitive insights, and business objectives. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, create sales enablement tools (e.g., pitch decks, brochures, white papers), and define clear positioning and messaging to empower effective prospect engagement. Develop customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials to reinforce product credibility and support demand generation efforts. Act as a product champion, representing innovations in micro-optics to internal teams, customers, partners, and industry influencers. Conduct comprehensive market research to evaluate demand, segmentation, and opportunities for micro-optics solutions, while identifying key Tier 1 Automotive suppliers, supply chain dynamics, and potential partnerships. Continuously monitor competitor activities, market positioning, and pricing strategies. Produce benchmarking reports to inform product development and positioning. Gather insights from customers through surveys, feedback, and behavioral data. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for product development and marketing teams. Analyze diverse data sets to identify trends, develop dashboards, and provide strategic insights that support decision-making by cross-functional teams and executive leadership. Track industry trends, economic factors, and customer behavior shifts to provide market forecasts and strategic recommendations. Collaborate across R&D, sales, and marketing teams to align on product strategy, go-to-market plans, and market intelligence initiatives. Facilitate field marketing, joint sales visits, and trade events to promote micro-optics solutions and demonstrate technical leadership. Partner with external vendors to deepen market intelligence insights. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous. 8 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or market intelligence in high-tech or engineering sectors. Knowledge of optics technologies or micro-optics is a plus, with experience in Consumer Electronics or Automotive industry insights highly desired. Proficiency in market research methodologies, competitive analysis, and data visualization tools. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams and with industry stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in product development lifecycle management and data-driven decision-making. Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese, Chinese, or Korean is beneficial. Willingness to travel regionally to support client and technical discussions. Comfortable working in office, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
