General Manager of Affinity Property Management Co Bahrain & KSA
Company Description Affinity Property Management, established in 2015, specializes in Property Management & Marketing across the GCC. The company is located in Manama and has a strong presence in the real estate marketing industry in Saudi Arabia. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Representative at Affinity Property Management's sister company for brokerage. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications- Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research skills
- Experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and property management
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in multiple languages is a must
- Existing experience with developers in Bahrain is a must
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a broker
