Job Descriptions Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and propose learning solutions within the training budget to align with both individual and organizational objectives. Design and update L&D programmes including creating presentations, manuals and e-learning materials. Conduct training workshops and other learning activities across various functional areas, both on-site and online. Provide coaching and advice to department OJT trainers on programme implementation. Coordinate and liaise with external L&D providers as needed. Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulatory standards and industry’s best practices. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of training programmes through surveys, performance evaluations and respective metrics. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration. Full certification in WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) / Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP) is required. Relevant experience in L&D with proven expertise in workforce upskilling, curriculum/program review and policy assessment will be considered. Confident and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
