We manage common areas, enforce community rules and regulations, coordinate with local authorities, and respond to residents' concerns promptly and effectively. We proudly manage a portfolio of prestigious communities, including Bluewaters, City Walk, Port de La Mer, Bvlgari Residences, Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), and Business Bay Executive Towers, among others. Additionally, we manage iconic districts, including Business Bay, Dubai Land Residences, Jaddaf Waterfront, Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Studio City, Dubai Harbour, and more. About the Role: The job holder shall be responsible for the management of segments of the environment, and implementing the sustainability management plans for concerned BUs covering green procurement, green mobility etc. Also collecting and compiling the sustainability-related data, preparation of periodical reports and statements etc. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Develop Sustainability & Environment goals, objectives, initiatives, strategies etc. that are aligned with UAE strategic plans including circular economy, net zero etc.
Measure and report Sustainability & Environment performance.
Develop and implement green building and community codes and standards.
Review and revise Sustainability & Environment reports, policies, regulatory and technical guidelines related to sustainability & Environment.
Identify, develop and monitor new Sustainability & Environment indicators.
Identify or investigate violations of natural resources, waste management, recycling, or other environmental policies.
Provide technical or administrative support for Sustainability & Environment programs or issues.
Create, implement and maintain actionable plans and documents related to environment and sustainability.
Inspect, monitor and develop reports or presentations to communicate the effectiveness of Sustainability & Environment initiatives.
Liaise with the Marketing Department to outreach media, such as brochures or websites, to communicate Sustainability & Environmental achievements.
Coordinate with the team for waste management and green building regulation.
Assess or propose Sustainability & Environment initiatives, considering factors such as cost effectiveness, technical feasibility, and acceptance.
Monitor Sustainability & Environment indicators, such as for energy usage, natural resource usage, waste generation, recycling and diversion.
Perform energy audits and implement Energy Conservation Measures.
Provide training and education for external and internal stakeholders.
Develop renewable energy project proposals and implementation plans.
Compile sustainability data, perform data analytics, and prepare Sustainability & Environment reports.
Conduct technical evaluation, review and approval of material submissions.
Conduct sustainability communities and building audits and inspections.

About you: The ideal candidate will have the below qualifications and experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, etc.). Candidates with a master's degree will be preferred.
Minimum 5 years experience in Sustainability & Environment related fields.
Certification in any three of the following: ISO 14001/9001/50001, LEED, WELL, BREEAM, CEM, or similar.
Working experience in Sustainability / ESG reporting.
Experience in energy modelling and energy audits.
