IT Officer (French Speaking)

On behalf of our client, a financial firm based in the DIFC, Swisslinx Middle East is currently searching for an IT Officer to join their highly professional and international team. Reporting directly to the Chief Operation Officer, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing level one support to staff (on non-banking applications)
- Monitoring requests for IT solutions
- Handling phone system and supporting bank website
- Providing general support across platforms when needed
- Previous experience (2 - 5 years) working in a support function role of IT department
- Experience within the finance or insurance sector preferable
- Fluent English AND French speaker
- Good communication skills
