In this role, you will lead our Research and Development (R&D) team, driving innovation and excellence in actuarial methodologies and practices.Duties & ResponsibilitiesIf you are a dynamic leader with a passion for pushing the boundaries of actuarial science and driving impactful research initiatives, join us in shaping the future of the insurance industry!Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of actuaries and researchers in the development of cutting-edge actuarial models, tools, and techniques.Drive research initiatives to enhance predictive modeling, risk assessment, and pricing strategies.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, underwriting, and data science to integrate research findings into business strategies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., FSA, FCAS, PhD) preferred.Qualified actuary.10+ years experience within the insurance or reinsurance industry, with a focus on research and development.Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS for data analysis and modeling.
