Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop a sales pipeline to achieve targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies and delivery of services to clients
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Native in Chinese and fluent in English
