For more details about the program visit: Role Overview: We are currently training more than 50,000 final-year Engineering students from VTU (Visvesvaraya Technological University), Karnataka and JNTUA (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur), Andhra Pradesh. Our training programs focus on advanced technologies, including AI-ML, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Full Stack Development, VLSI, Cyber Security, and more. At Rooman, we are committed to bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world application. To further this mission, we are launching an initiative to guide students in developing real-time applications or products that can be launched in the market. We are looking for the Mentors. As a Mentor/Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through real-time projects, helping them apply their knowledge to create impactful applications or products. Your expertise and guidance will not only enhance their technical skills but also prepare them for the challenges of the industry. Each mentor will be assigned 10 students, whom they will guide for different projects. This structure ensures personalized attention and effective mentorship. Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and Guide: Work with highly motivated engineering students on real-world projects in AI, Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack, VLSI, and Cybersecurity.
• Assign & Oversee Projects: Provide students with real-time challenges, guiding them to develop functional applications and products.
• Skill Development & Coaching: Conduct interactive sessions, offer technical expertise, and enhance problem-solving abilities.
• Industry Exposure: Bridge the gap between academic learning and industry standards, ensuring students are job-ready.
• Innovative Thinking: Encourage students to think creatively and develop marketable tech solutions.
