Master-Works is seeking a motivated and skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing BI solutions that transform data into insights, enabling our clients to make informed business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create data models, and develop interactive dashboards and reports. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions using various BI tools
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and understand their reporting needs
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into data warehouses
- Create and publish dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Ensure data quality and consistency through rigorous testing and validation processes
- Monitor performance and optimize BI solutions for efficiency and usability
- Stay current with BI trends and technologies to continuously improve and innovate BI solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or in a similar role
- Must be Saudi
- Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Proficient in SQL and database management systems
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide meaningful insights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus
