Location : Qatar Company : Generic Engineering Technologies and Contracting Position : Quantity Surveyor - Pre-Contract Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a passion for managing costs and budgets in the construction industry? We’re looking for a dynamic Pre-Contract Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Qatar! Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
2. Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost planning advice.
3. Review and evaluate tender documents.
4. Provide support in managing project budgets and assisting with contract negotiations.
5. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Proven experience in pre-contract quantity surveying within the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, procurement methods, and contract management.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Prior experience in the Middle East (Qatar experience preferred).
