With a significant pipeline of opportunities identified across the Fuels and Energy sector, we have an immediate opportunity for experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the P&C Manager you will support this client group with providing resourcing support from the tender stage through to the execution of large-scale shutdown projects. About the role Partnering with Business Leaders to determine recruitment plans and execute a best practice sourcing strategy for critical/complex roles Provide support into the tender process and mobilisation of large diverse projects Work across the full recruitment process for senior level, or tough to fill positions. Internal stakeholder and candidate management throughout the recruitment process Ensure that compliance and governance is met for all recruitment assignments. What are we looking for you to bring to the team Previous experience in recruiting a range of roles including technical & trade roles particularly within shutdown/turn around maintenance environment. Demonstrated experience in building effective recruitment strategies with a focus on enhancing workforce diversity.
