Job Description

About Al-Farouk Al Farouk is an education company provide online courses in education industry. We focus on providing a unique and seamless learning experience. Responsibilities:
  • Weekly communication with students via phone or other communication channels.
  • Ensuring students have watched the weekly lectures and providing motivation to keep them engaged.
  • Identifying students' challenges and resolving issues to ensure a smooth learning experience.
  • Preparing regular reports on student engagement and suggesting improvements for follow-up strategies.
  • Collaborating with other support teams to enhance the overall student experience.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as call center agent
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and messaging.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand students' needs.
  • Previous experience in customer service, student support, or the education sector is a plus.
  • Commitment to deadlines and the ability to work within a team.
