Job Description
About Al-Farouk Al Farouk is an education company provide online courses in education industry. We focus on providing a unique and seamless learning experience. Responsibilities:- Weekly communication with students via phone or other communication channels.
- Ensuring students have watched the weekly lectures and providing motivation to keep them engaged.
- Identifying students' challenges and resolving issues to ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Preparing regular reports on student engagement and suggesting improvements for follow-up strategies.
- Collaborating with other support teams to enhance the overall student experience.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as call center agent
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills via phone and messaging.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand students' needs.
- Previous experience in customer service, student support, or the education sector is a plus.
- Commitment to deadlines and the ability to work within a team.
