Planning & Quality Management Senior Engineer

Job Purpose: To support planning and quality management activities within the engineering department, ensuring adherence to quality standards and efficient planning processes. Core Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of project planning activities.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines are met.
Participate in quality assurance processes and audits.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the planning and quality management functions.
Collaborate with team members to implement enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning and quality management.
Communicate with project teams to gather planning-related information.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on planning and quality management best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in the same field.
Proven knowledge in feasibility studies and government funding processes (EXPRO & NIDLP).
Scope of work/RFP development.
Experience as a project manager is a plus.
Policies, procedures, and standards management.
Strategy management experience is a plus.
