Business Analyst - Bank (Fresh Graduate)
Overview: As a fresh graduate Business Systems Analyst, you will help the bank improve its systems and processes by analyzing current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates with a degree in Management Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field who are looking to start their career in the banking industry. Key Responsibilities:- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IT teams.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new IT systems and software that support banking operations.
- Work closely with management and technical teams to align business and IT goals.
- Test and monitor new systems to ensure they meet business needs and performance expectations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on system functionality, improvements, and risks.
- Support and train staff on new systems or upgrades to existing systems.
- Must be a fresh graduate with a degree in Management Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Understanding of business processes in the banking sector and basic IT concepts.
- Ability to analyze data and systems to recommend improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic programming and database management skills (SQL, Python, etc.).
