Job Title: Operational & Technical Sales Manager (Saudi Arabia) Location: Saudi Arabia (with required travel to Bahrain) Employer: ALAMAR ALHADITHA Overview of Responsibilities: The Employee shall be employed as an Operation & Technical Sales Manager. In this capacity, the Employee’s primary duties shall include overseeing daily operational activities, managing technical sales efforts, and ensuring strong cross-border collaboration with the head office in Bahrain. This role merges responsibilities related to operational efficiency, project coordination, and revenue growth, with a special emphasis on international aluminum systems. The Employee shall perform these duties with diligence and professionalism, adhering to the policies and procedures of the Employer. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Operational Management Duties

Oversee daily operational activities in the Saudi facility, ensuring efficient production flow, resource allocation, and compliance with company standards.
Coordinate closely with the Bahrain head office to align on company policies, strategic goals, and operational procedures.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and meet operational KPIs.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly followed in all operational processes.

Technical Sales & Client Relations Duties:

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, demonstrating deep expertise in international aluminum systems.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential, in-house and existing customers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams (both locally and in Bahrain) to develop sales strategies and meet revenue targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Project Coordination & Cross-border Collaboration Duties:

Work closely with teams in Bahrain to ensure seamless execution of cross-border projects, including procurement, logistics, and customer support.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with contract specifications and customer expectations.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain quality and timely completion of projects.

Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge Duties:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of international aluminum systems (i.e. BALEXCO, HUECK, TECHNAL, etc.), product standards, and evolving industry regulations.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams, ensuring staff are proficient in the latest product offerings and technical aspects.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies or product lines that can expand the company’s market presence and enhance operational efficiency.

Reporting & Performance Management Duties:

Prepare regular reports on operational metrics, sales forecasts, project progress, and market insights for senior management.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop actionable strategies based on data to drive profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Travel Requirements:

Make regular visits to the Bahrain head office for coordination, training, and strategic planning sessions.
Attend industry events, client meetings, and conferences as needed, both within Saudi Arabia and internationally.

Performance Expectations: The Employee agrees to execute the aforementioned responsibilities to the best of their ability and in accordance with the Employer’s expectations. The Employee may be assigned additional tasks that are within the scope of their role as reasonably required by the Employer. Consistent, proactive communication, adherence to deadlines, and a commitment to continuous improvement are key components of performance in this role.
