Job Description: Job Purpose As an experienced Project Engineer, you will oversee different projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and adherence to quality standards. Job Summary The role of the Project Engineer is to ensure that engineering design, procurement, construction, and project completion is done in compliance with project objectives and contractual requirements, including project schedule, cost, HSE, and company standards and procedures. Education / Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Certifications (Optional): 1. Project Management Professional (PMP)2. PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management (Preferred: Petrochemical or Oil & Gas field related experience). Job Responsibilities

  1. Carry out conventional Project Management tasks requiring broad application of engineering knowledge, regulations, and standards.
  2. Facilitate & ensure the project schedule and plans to successfully deliver assigned projects.
  3. Ensure safety measures are implemented in project execution.
  4. Review Technical Proposals, conduct Technical Bid Clarifications, and create Technical Bid Evaluations.
  5. Facilitate & manage the review of engineering studies, preliminary engineering, detail design, materials procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, handover, commissioning, startup, and closeout.
  6. Monitor and control project progress throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
  7. Review weekly and monthly project progress reports, monitor progress of contracts, including project costs and schedule, and attend project meetings.
  8. Identify and analyze project risks, and implement mitigatory actions.
  9. Ensure timely resolution of project issues arising in all phases of the project.
  10. Lead the execution of CAPEX projects according to scope, schedule, and budget.
  11. Prepare/review monthly project performance reports showing the status of design, material procurement, construction, and present them to higher management.
  12. Be fully familiar with company Key Performance Indices (KPIs) and achieve them for assigned projects.
