Customer Relations Is focused on providing customer satisfaction at all times. Informs guests about how the Institute operates and is organized, and explains the treatment process and its benefits. Ensures guests are well looked after at all times while at the Institute. Keeps the appointment book up-to-date and is able to handle changes in work schedules, due to late arrivals or cancellations. Provides advice on the Institute's beauty products and sells them. Advises guests on the services and activities offered on site, as well as the region's cultural and tourist attractions. Professional techniques / Production Gives massage treatments in compliance with standards and protocols, respecting appointment times and standard treatment durations. Ensures the smooth running of appliances and equipment, informing the direct Manager or Technical Department of any anomalies. Respects standard massage treatment hygiene procedures. Team Management and Cross-Departmental Responsibilities Escalates any customer complaints or problems to management. Takes part in meetings for the Health Club team and departmental meetings. Management and administration Handles stock management and follow-up for the equipment and products used in treatments. Is responsible for organizing the cubicle. Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment Respects hygiene, safety and environmental regulations.Qualifications
Education / Professional experience Vocational qualification as a Massage Therapist. Previous experience in the sector. Has Arabic & English Language.Additional Information
