Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct weekly comprehensive system diagnostics, verify operational status of hardware/software components, and review system logs and alerts to preemptively address issues.
  2. Coordinate and perform firmware upgrades on-site, ensuring minimal disruption.
  3. Backup critical configurations and data, validate post-upgrade functionality, and document upgrade activities.
  4. Identify and replace faulty CRUs, ensuring all replacements follow Dell's best practices. Test and validate components and maintain records for inventory tracking.
  5. Provide on-site support for critical customer operations and urgent out-of-standard requests, including after-hours support.
Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems support, technical troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
  2. Strong understanding of hardware/software systems, particularly Dell products.
  3. Dell Certification is a must.
