Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to drive product innovation and technical leadership in high mast lighting solutions for roadways and sports applications. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape next-generation lighting systems that combine efficiency, durability, and cutting-edge technology.Key Responsibilities:
- Own high-impact projects setting new industry standards
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept to deployment
- Work with advanced lighting technologies and energy-efficient solutions
- Collaborate with top consultants, contractors, and design teams
- Influence strategic decisions and drive market leadership in the region
- Oversee design, development, and implementation of high mast lighting systems
- Ensure compliance with European, American, and GCC standards
- Develop customized solutions for large-scale roadway and sports lighting projects
- Optimize product performance, energy efficiency, and maintenance needs
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations
- Serve as technical mentor providing training and guidance to internal teams
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical Engineering
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in high mast lighting systems
- Expertise in structural, mechanical, and electrical aspects of lighting solutions
- Proven ability to lead product innovation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Strong communication skills to engage with technical teams and key stakeholders
