The company is a liquidity and technology provider of solutions for the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industry. It specializes in B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers. Role Overview : We’re seeking a Product Owner to take full ownership of the product roadmap, overseeing everything from daily operations and project management to risk mitigation. You’ll work cross-functionally and communicate with senior leadership, becoming the primary point of contact for your product from concept to launch and beyond Key Responsibilities :
- Mastering the financial technology landscape, with a focus on both product and developer audiences
- Monitoring and analyzing global market competition and product performance
- Identifying market gaps and driving key initiatives to boost eqwire adoption across various markets
- Defining product propositions and go-to-market strategies for new markets
- Setting team objectives, success metrics, and product roadmaps
- Driving impactful outcomes through market research and aligning with company strategy
- Taking full ownership of product life cycles, from idea generation to development, launch, and ongoing maintenance
- Working closely with Engineering to ensure smooth and effective product delivery
- Collaborating with departments like Marketing, Legal, and Strategy to achieve shared goals
- Degree from a leading university
- 3+ years of experience in the tech industry as a product owner or team lead, with a focus on customer-facing products
- Strong understanding of UX / UI and design best practices
- High level of analytical ability and business acumen to guide priority decisions based on ROI
- Proven experience in crafting and communicating a clear product vision to leadership, customers, and partners
- A hands-on approach, ready to lead major projects and drive action
- Experience in taking products from idea to launch
- Ability to deliver results in uncertain, fast-paced environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
