We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Typist with experience in MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation) and ICP (Identity and Citizenship Procedures) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with government-related documentation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality typed documents in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Typing, editing, and proofreading documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. Handling and processing documents related to MOHRE and ICP, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
  3. Communicating effectively with internal departments and government agencies to resolve queries and ensure proper processing of documents.
  4. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols when managing sensitive information.
  5. Organizing and filing completed documents in accordance with company and government requirements.
  6. Assisting in the preparation and submission of government-related applications and forms, such as labor cards, work permits, residence visas, etc.
  7. Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and improve workflow efficiency.
  8. Responding to and managing inquiries from clients and government departments regarding document processing status and requirements.
  9. Ensuring all typed documents are formatted correctly and delivered in a timely manner.
Key Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in typing and administrative roles, preferably with a focus on government documentation.
  2. Strong knowledge of MOHRE and ICP systems, procedures, and requirements.
  3. Prior experience working with government agencies is highly desirable.
  4. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, government officials, and colleagues.
  5. High level of proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  6. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
  9. Fluent in [insert languages, e.g., English, Arabic] is an advantage.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
  2. Previous experience working in a government-related role is preferred.
