About the Role

Reporting to the Business Development Director, the Sales Team Leader will lead a team of Business Development Managers from the LNLP Dubai office with territories across the Middle East.

Responsibilities

Recruiting, hiring, and training sales team to create a high-performing sales team.
Setting sales goals, comparing performance to goals, and adjusting goals as needed.
Assessing current team processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing them.
Carrying a New Business Personal and team target.
Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts through CRM (Salesforce).
Driving new business acquisition and market penetration for the International Sales department.
Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success and Account Management teams to generate new sales opportunities.

Requirements

Have well-developed computer skills including Word, Excel and CRM System.
Be an authoritative communicator and negotiator with staff at all levels.
Display a high level of presentation skills.
Demonstrate proven performance against sales targets.
Have high volume subscription sales experience.
Have a Bachelor’s degree.
Have excellent experience in Direct Sales management.
