Full Job Description The Role APOLCO is a fast-growing company worldwide. To expand our team, we are looking for an all-round colleague who will work in the field of HR, Administration, and Customer Service. You will work at the location in Ajman (UAE) in a team together with five other colleagues. Are you someone who can work all-round within an organization and enjoy working in multiple work areas? Are you administratively accurate and can you focus on the right priorities? Then we are looking for you! Your main focus is on HR and supporting the Finance and Operations Manager. In addition, you support Customer Service where necessary.

  1. You are the point of contact within the organization for all HR related matters for both staff and Management.
  2. Processing all HR administrative related matters (leave days, sick leave, medical insurance, contracts, etc.).
  3. When necessary, preparing new contracts and the complete application and processing of VISA applications.
  4. Supervise the renewal of expiring contracts and visas, applying for the new required documents.
  5. Initiate future developments within the HR department (e.g., employee handbook).
  6. Initiate and organize end-of-year evaluations for employees.
  7. Communicating informative and important announcements within the organization.
  8. Supporting the Financial and Operations Manager with administrative related matters.
  9. Supporting Customer Service with all operational ongoing matters such as preparing necessary documents and following lead times, answering phone calls from customers, taking sales information and putting it into an easily readable format, creating proforma invoices, order confirmations, invoices, and production orders.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar HR position is a must.
  2. Administratively well-versed.
  3. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  4. Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  5. Accuracy.
  6. Experience with MS Office and Excel.
  7. Located in UAE.
