Director, Business Planning and Performance – Two years fixed-term At Audit New Zealand we're proud to be the leading provider of audit and assurance services to the public sector, and are committed to providing the highest quality service to our clients. We're looking for a passionate individual to join us for two years as Director, Business Planning and Performance in our Wellington office. In this role you'll work closely with the General Manager, Audit Services and Audit Directors to support the delivery of high-quality audits on time and to budget. To succeed in this role, you'll have:

• an in-depth understanding of strategy, business planning, project management, performance reporting, and governance and accountability;
• a proven track record in developing and leading organisational systems;
• excellent judgement and organisational skills, with a pragmatic, adaptable, reflective, and forward-thinking style; and
• experience working with a range of public organisations and sectors, including working with people in governance and senior management roles.

You'll also need a relevant tertiary qualification, and ideally a Chartered Accountant qualification (or overseas equivalent). We offer our staff:
