Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Image Consultant & Soft Skills Trainer to join our team on a contractual basis. This on-site role will involve:

• Delivering engaging and impactful image consulting sessions, covering topics such as personal branding, wardrobe styling, grooming, and etiquette.
• Facilitating soft skills development programs, including communication skills, presentation skills, confidence building, and interview preparation.
• Conducting workshops and training sessions at IPIM, associated colleges/offices, hospitals, and hotels.
• Providing personalized guidance to individuals and corporate clients on enhancing their personal and professional image.
• Maintaining a professional and client-centric approach.

• Proven experience in image consulting and/or soft skills training.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of soft skills development principles and methodologies.
• Ability to effectively work with diverse individuals and adapt training styles accordingly.
• Professional certification in Image Consulting or a related field is preferred.
• Passion for personal and professional development.
• IELTS/TOEFL certification and experience in handling GRE examinations are recommended.
