What you’ll do Role: – Process Improvement Program Manager -PIPM – Six Sigma Black Belt - KPO/ ITeS (US or Australian Shifts) Location: - Mumbai Purpose of the Role: Responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives in the organization by driving proactive improvement projects across various business function. Roles & Responsibilities : -- Drive process improvement & transformational projects on key business problems - Generate business impact through Continual Improvement initiatives - Should be able to in due diligence activities to proactively identify improvement ideas - Individual Contributor role - Change Management - Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, controls, and related standards - Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and communication skills - DNA development through training & mentoring functional members to foster Process Excellence Culture Experience / Qualification / Skills & Knowledge:- - Post Graduate/ Graduate / PG with min 9+yrs Experience with min. of 5+ year experience in Process Excellence / Black Belt Role. - Certified Black Belt from Reputed Institute like ASQ, ISI etc. - Strong knowledge of Process Improvement Techniques (DMAIC, DMADV, Lean, Kaizen )- Strong Six Sigma knowledge and hands on experience in handling complex business problems - Process Mapping - Strong knowledge of Minitab analytical software - Ability to identify and implement process re-engineering projects - Good Knowledge & Working Experience on Microsoft Tools - Advanced Excel, Visio, Word & Access - Strong Project Management Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels in in the organization - Capability to conduct workshops on Process Excellence Tools & Techniques - Experience documenting Business Process flows, Creating/Updating Standard Operation Procedures, and documenting business Budget - 20 LPA
