Junior Sous Chef - Short Term (Ramadan) The Plaza Doha, LXR Hotel & Resorts Location: Doha, Ad Dawḩah, Qatar Category: Hotel Temporary Posted: Jan 18th 2025 Job Description As a Junior Sous Chef, you will assist the Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.
- Supervise junior kitchen team members.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Creativity and passion for cooking.
