1. Customer Health Consultations Provide professional health consultations to walk-in customers, offering tailored nutritional advice and product recommendations for managing chronic conditions.
2. Diagnostic Testing and Health Monitoring Utilize diagnostic tools (e.g., BP monitors, glucose meters, uric acid tests, body composition analyzers) to assess customer health. Interpret diagnostic results and deliver personalized dietary and lifestyle recommendations.
3. Product Recommendations Suggest appropriate health products and supplements based on customer health conditions and diagnostic outcomes. Educate customers on proper usage for optimal health benefits.
4. Follow-Up Consultations Schedule and conduct follow-up sessions for customers with chronic health conditions, monitor progress, and adjust recommendations accordingly.
5. Customer Relationship Management Accurately record all consultation details in the system, including health data, product recommendations, and follow-up plans. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional and supportive approach.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field. Registered Dietitian with the Malaysian Dietitians’ Association (or equivalent qualification).

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing nutritional advice or working in a healthcare setting.
2. Experience with chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, gout) is a plus.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and interpreting health data.
