Retail Operations Lead- Subject Matter Expert- Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert Guidance: Provide in-depth knowledge and insights into retail operations specific to the life insurance industry.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvements and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Project Management: Lead and participate in projects aimed at optimizing retail operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
