Job Description of Motion Graphics designer: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Graphics Designer to join our creative team. This role involves leading the creation of visually compelling graphics that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. You will play a key role in shaping our visual presence across various platforms, ensuring that our brand stands out in the competitive cosmetics market. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and effective visual content for multiple platforms.
• Develop branding packages for clients: logos, collaterals and merchandise
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities to ensure our designs are fresh, innovative, and competitive.
• Maintain and organize a comprehensive digital library of design assets.
• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
• Apply typography techniques
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
• Increase user friendliness in digital products
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

• Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of completed design projects
• Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign and Balsamiq)
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Attention to visual details
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
