- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience : 4-6 years managing and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Skills : Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, system integration, and security management.
- Problem Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Communication : Excellent skills in training and supporting users.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of CRM processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
