What we are looking for: The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a strategic partner, embodying our dedication to excellence and professionalism in talent acquisition. They provide consultative expertise, proactive communication, and tailored solutions to deliver exceptional talent to our clients. Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities through proactive cold calling and relationship-building. Manage new and existing client accounts to drive growth and maintain market share. Collaborate with clients to understand their HR and manpower challenges, providing strategic solutions for business success. Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates. Create and publish job advertisements on multiple job portals and platforms to attract talent. Deliver candidate solutions that meet clients' job order requirements. Attain monthly sales objectives set by Management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Manage our social media platforms on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram. Requirements: Possess a minimum diploma or degree in human resources, business administration, or a relevant field. Entry-level candidates with a strong passion for recruitment are encouraged to apply, as we offer training and development opportunities. Applicants lacking CEI certification will be provided with training and support to obtain the necessary certification. Knowledge of digital recruitment tools and social media platforms is an asset. Familiarity with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, is a plus. A team player with a strong sense of integrity and discretion.
