Job Summary: As a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and sourcing top-tier candidates across multiple industries, ensuring our clients secure the best professionals for their needs. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, conduct market research, and build lasting relationships with industry professionals. Key Responsibilities: Source high-potential candidates using diverse channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, industry forums, and networking events Manage the complete recruitment process, from candidate screening and interviewing to offer management and onboarding support Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and talent pools Maintain an up-to-date candidate database with accurate and detailed information Collaborate with global teams to support recruitment efforts across multiple countries Build lasting relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates Identify potential business opportunities, nurture leads, and secure new contracts Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 6 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of consistently acquiring new clients Expertise in using online platforms and social media to source high-quality candidates Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in both English and Vietnamese Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being an effective team player Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Human Resources Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
