Base pay range SGD144,000.00/yr - SGD192,000.00/yr Associate Director - Finance and Strategy at Kerry Consulting Our client is a prestigious education organization, consistently recognized as one of the world's most desirable employers. To further enhance their team capabilities, we are seeking a seasoned Associate Director, Finance and Projects to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial accounting processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting, and safeguarding company assets. Lead finance projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and risks while coordinating cross-functional teams. Manage a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, training, and fostering collaboration. Communicate regularly with senior leadership and stakeholders to align on financial performance and project goals. Recommend improvements to accounting processes and workflows to drive efficiency and support organizational objectives. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus. Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial accounting and finance project management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of financial accounting standards and financial reporting practices. Proven experience in managing complex finance projects and leading cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication abilities to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
