- Responsible for all works related to M&E Quantity Surveyor duties.
- Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on progress claim.
- Prepare subcontract documents and purchasing agreements.
- Preparing cost estimation and identify variation works.
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years in construction Building/ Data centre projects.
- Reason for leaving each past & current employment
