Job Description ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Doha, Qatar. As an Accountant with two years of professional experience, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the financial health of our organization. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires an experienced professional who is ready to contribute to our team. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and standards is a plus.
