The Digital Marketing Lead manages and executes full scope of eDubbuy's digital marketing mix and programs in order to drive traffic, acquire new customers and grow sales on eDubbuy.com and Vahedna.com. Primary responsibilities include digital agency management, campaign management and implementation, and reporting. The position works closely with IT.IDEAL CANDIDATEEducation and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree required in relevant field (Marketing, Business)3-5 years of MEA experience with Digital or Online Marketing and Web Analytics2+ years managing digital vendors/agencies including ROI, budget and planningKnowledge of Email Marketing Programs and Email Service Providers (ESPs) preferredKnowledge of consumer behavior and how to apply in the realm of digital marketingKnoweldge of the affiliate space and how to execute an affiliate marketing strategyTechnical Skills and ExperienceProficiency with SEO, SEM, paid search, Google AdWordsProficiency with attribution-based tracking, custom UTM tags and metricsProficient with Google AnalyticsExperience of Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) advertising landscapeProficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)Optional: Knowledge of Amazon's marketing toolsOptional: Knowledge of industry-leading email tools such as Bronto, SFMC, etc.Consumer-focused with desire to create positive customer experience via digital marketing; ability to understand from consumer's perspectiveInitiative, proactive, self-directedResults-driven, goal-orientedAbility to manage and prioritize against aggressive deadlines; attention to detail and accuracy for project executionAnalytical and creative skillsFlexibility and adaptability to work with changing priorities, evolving responsibilities and scope of work in a rapidly growing companyTeam-oriented and collaborativeEffective communicator verbally and in writing, with customers and colleagues; articulate verbally and in writingEffective time management, planning and prioritizing skillsEffective interpersonal skillsProblem solving, critical thinkingOrganized, detail-orientedJob Features Job Category Digital Marketing, Information Technology
