Quantity Surveyor

Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare Project Budget and finalize Capex budget for BC.In-charge of full tendering process (Tender invitation, Scope of work/BOQ, letters, RFI's and tender returns).Tender comparison and evaluation including recommendation of Contractor.Preparation & issuance of all post awarding documents - LOA, NTP & Contracts.Procurement (including preparation of PR/PO & tracking) and site coordination of direct supplied equipment and materials.Managing and tracking of Pipeline Capex, including all related procurement.Review & processing of project related invoices.Procurement planning of all long-lead items.Implementation of Standard Forms (i.e. Project Evaluation, Contractor Evaluation, Tender Opening, etc.).Technical SkillsFamiliar with F&B projects including MEP and equipment.Efficient Capex control.SkillsSelf-motivated with good time management and organizational skills.Sense of urgency.Excellent attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Job RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in civil or other engineering field.ExperienceMinimum 5 years relevant experience in corporate environment.
