JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Engineering Planning Manager to lead our engineering planning efforts across various projects. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of engineering plans, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our organizational goals.The Engineering Planning Manager will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to develop comprehensive project schedules and resource plans. You will utilize your expertise to analyze project progress, forecast potential issues, and facilitate effective communication among all parties involved.If you are an innovative thinker with a strong track record in engineering planning and project management, we would love to have you on our team.Responsibilities: Oversee the development and implementation of engineering plans. Analyze project progress and forecast potential issues. Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and clients.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management or related fields). Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering planning and project management, with a solid understanding of engineering processes. Proven experience in leading planning efforts for large-scale projects. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
