Job Title: DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure ManagerLocation: Riyadh, KSAWe are seeking an experienced and proactive DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure, implement DevOps best practices, and ensure the continuous delivery and deployment of applications. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, strong leadership skills, and a focus on driving efficiency and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. Manage and optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and performance.DevOps Implementation: Lead the adoption of DevOps methodologies and practices to streamline the software development and release processes. Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate automation tools and enhance deployment pipelines.Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing DevOps and Infrastructure team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members.Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software delivery. Ensure the automation of testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices for cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Monitoring and Performance: Implement monitoring solutions for proactive identification and resolution of issues. Optimize system performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience in managing Cloud Infrastructure, preferably on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Extensive experience with DevOps tools and practices, including but not limited to Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.Strong leadership and team management skills.Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.A master's degree is a plus.
