Quality Assurance Intern (6 Months)

Overview This role is required in the Quality department, to work on PBI reporting and QA hygiene reports, for all campaigns. For PBI reporting, this individual will be required to update shared folders and source files on a fixed frequency. In addition, reporting of all QA hygiene metrics such as audit compliance, calibration variance, AOA variance, producitivity, shrinkage, ratios, etc. Qualifications EDUCATION AND SPECIFIC TRAINING

• Degree in any discipline

• Experience working with MS office and Power BI
• Fast learner who requires minimal supervision
• English language proficiency - required to communicate with various teams
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Critical thinking, analytical and decision making abilities

• Collects data, validates and udpates the source files as per set timelines, to be fed in to PBI
• Maintains trackers pertaning to data ingestion, validation and graph checks
• Collects data pertainig to QA hygiene - Audit compliance, calibration variance, AOA variance, producitivity, shrinkage, ratios, etc.
• QA Hygiene data to collected, validated and reported to the Quality stakeholders
• Action plans on QA hygiene corrections to be consolidated and progress to be tracked
• Any additional Ad-Hoc request initiated by direct supervisor/s
