Job Location : Kano Deadline : February 22, 2025 Quick Recommended Links Housekeeper The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment for the offices and other facilities within Mshel Homes Limited. This role ensures that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, contributing to a healthy and pleasant workspace. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Sanitize and clean washrooms, restrooms, and kitchen areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and conference rooms.
• Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding as needed.
• Ensure all linens, towels, and cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and organized.
• Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and notify the Operations Manager when supplies are low.
• Ensure proper storage and use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Facilities Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors by maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Respond promptly to any housekeeping requests or issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high standard of performance.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform manual labor.
