Job Title Business Development Manager (Digital Ad Sales - Atrangii) Location On Site – Mumbai Employment Type Full-Time Position Overview A Business Development Manager for Digital Ad Sales on Over-The-Top (OTT) platforms focuses on driving revenue growth through advertising partnerships in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Key Responsibilities Market Analysis: Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the OTT advertising space. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and partners. Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for OTT ad sales. Pitching: Present advertising solutions to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of the OTT platform. Campaign Management: Oversee ad campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and performance metrics are met. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align on strategies and optimize ad offerings. Reporting: Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports to inform stakeholders of progress and areas for improvement.

  • Skills Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital advertising trends, OTT platforms, and audience targeting.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record in sales, with experience in digital or media sales preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective pitching and relationship management.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and derive insights to drive decision-making.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience of 7-10 years in digital ad sales or business development, preferably within the OTT or media industry.
  • Familiarity with ad tech and programmatic advertising platforms.
