Job Title: Senior Change Manager Location: Remote Shift: EST time zone (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) Randstad Sourceright is a global talent leader, providing solutions and expertise that help companies position for growth, execute on strategy, and improve business agility. Randstad Sourceright offers solutions Globally as well as regional programs as required. The Senior Change Manager role sits as part of the program implementation division and focuses on partnering with clients in the Americas and globally. The Senior Change Manager will play a key role in directing, designing and planning change management programs that enable desired organizational change and realize business benefits for Randstad and our clients. This pivotal role will partner with high profile clients to lead the end to end Change Management activities including; impact assessment, sponsorship activation and coaching, strategy design, communications and engagement planning and execution, learning and development, and measures of success. Our ways of working are underpinned by a comprehensive change management toolkit and methodology. This role involves leading other change practitioners, taking accountability for the overall change program, and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders. To be successful in this role you must have extensive experience in Change Management delivery and the recruitment industry. The core skills and capabilities required are:

- Minimum of 2+ years of MSP/RPO/SOW or Human Capital consulting experience
- Change Management certification ( Prosci or comparable) highly preferred
- Large amount of transformation, change and organizational design experience
- Experience leading global change management initiatives for large/mega size organizations
- Evidence of a high level change management knowledge in MSP, RPO and preferably SOW
- Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful change readiness and change management
- Understanding of project delivery and acceptance process within a fast-paced business environment
- Strong and open communicator, both verbally and in writing with excellent literate skills
- Hands on working mentality and strong attention to detail
- Strong leadership approach
- Good analytical, conceptual and process oriented skills
- Ability to "think and act promptly"
- Strong and open communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Strong planning and organizational skills combined with task and time management skills, positively influenced under time pressure
- Project management: lead and deliver change projects within agreed timescales and budget
- Ability to review ongoing and proposed programs and projects to identify opportunities for reuse and process improvement
- Demonstrate a high degree of adaptability to move from one project to another and sometimes contributing to multiple projects simultaneously
- Managing client relationships with excellent customer facing and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and excellent understanding of the client’s needs; ability to manage the change management aspect during implementation of new solutions and drive transformation projects
- Good understanding of the cultural differences between countries and local playing field
- Sensitive in working and managing virtual teams
- Strong influencing, communications and people management skills
- Demonstrated skills in Smartsheet or similar project management tools
- Experience of using and in-depth understanding of ATS, VMS or similar recruitment/ HR systems
