Fashion Designer

Position: Fashion Designer Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome) About OFFGRID OFFGRID is a streetwear brand built for those who move differently. Focused on limited drops, bold aesthetics, and raw urban culture , we’re redefining fashion beyond trends. As we prepare for our official launch, we’re looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Designer to join our team and bring fresh, rebellious ideas to life. What You’ll Do: Design & Develop streetwear collections (tees, hoodies, cargo pants, accessories). Research trends, fabrics, and streetwear culture to create unique, edgy designs. Work with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure high-quality production . Collaborate with graphic designers for print and embroidery designs . Oversee sampling, fitting, and final production . Assist in photoshoots, styling, and creative direction . What We’re Looking For: ✅ A strong portfolio in streetwear or contemporary fashion. ✅ Skills in fashion sketching, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop . ✅ Knowledge of fabric selection, patterns, and garment construction . ✅ Passion for Gen Z & Millennial street culture, sneakers, music, and art . ✅ Ability to think outside the box and break conventional fashion norms. ✅ Experience in working with manufacturers & sampling (preferred but not mandatory).
